PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:15 PM on October 14, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />and Mayor Linke. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Haake was absent, <br />and Councilmember Hankner was expected to arrive <br />shortly. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Public Works /Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />Mayor Linke reported that the Council had received the report <br />from Northern Sound and requested that the airport issue be <br />placed on the October 28, 1985 Council agenda, at which time <br />the Council will set the time and date for an Executive <br />Session to discuss the documentand set their plans. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve the <br />September 23, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7:17 PM. <br />Councilmember Hankner arrived at 7:18 PM. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained that the <br />1985 long term financial plan was prepared in <br />accordance with Section 7.05 of the Mounds View City <br />'barter, and he reviewed the purpose of the plan. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:19 PM. <br />DATE APPROVED: 10/28/85 <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 14, 1985 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />4.
