Mounds View City Council November 25, 1985 <br />Regular Meeting Page Three <br />tion /Second: Haake /Quick to reschedule the <br />ublic hearing for Development District #1 to 7:05 PM <br />on December 9, 1985. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve <br />Development Agreement #85 -71 with Electric Equip- <br />ment Service Corporation for the development of a <br />10,000 square foot industrial building at 4751 <br />Mustang Drive and authorize Mayor and Clerk/ <br />Administrator to sign, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the options <br />available to Electric Equipment Service Corpora- <br />tion to provide sanitary sewer services to their <br />development. He also reviewed the costs involved <br />and methods of assessing that cost. It was agreed <br />that Electric Equipment Service Corporation should <br />pay the cost in full at the time of installation <br />and then make it their responsibility to remember <br />Ot ey can be reimbursed if another development comes <br />rough and ties in. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to have the City <br />require Electric Equipment Service Corporation to <br />have a 10" sewer line and an 8" water main installed <br />down the City right of way and for the cost to be <br />paid for entirely by EESC, with a notation to be <br />put in the City file that in the future if anyone <br />wants to expand, EESC would be reimbursed for the <br />future development. <br />It was noted that Public Works /Community Develop- <br />ment Director Thatcher was absent due to family <br />illness. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers reported he had received a letter <br />from Mr. Lacey, the attorney for Kunz Oil Company, <br />requesting that action be taken on their permit <br />request by the end of the year. He stated that <br />had responded as such. <br />torney Meyers reported they have served an <br />mended complaint to the Met Council regarding <br />the airport issue, and it will be going to MAC <br />within the next week. <br />Motion Carried <br />11.
