The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:02 PM. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion Second: Hankner /Haake to approve the <br />November 25 1985 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Mayor Linke asked that Item C be removed from the <br />consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item C, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained the intent of <br />the ordinance is to reduce the current level of <br />insurance requirements the City has set for the <br />liquor establishments within the City, to equal <br />those set by the State. <br />DATE APPROVED: 12/23/85 <br />Regular Meeting <br />December 9, 1985 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
