PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />by Mayor Linke at 7 :02 P.M. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner <br />Blanchard, Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk- Administrator Pauley, <br />Finance Director Brager and Public Works/ <br />Community Development Director Thatcher <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve <br />Resolution No. 1965 Appointing Official <br />Newspaper, Acting Mayor and Official <br />Depository for 1986. <br />5 ayes 0 nayes <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve <br />Resolution No. 1966 Appointing City Council <br />members and Clerk Administrator as Repre- <br />sentatives for City Commissions and for <br />Other Organizations as amende9. <br />5 ayes 0 nayes <br />Councilmember Quick indicated that the <br />representative to the Parks and Recrea- <br />tion Commission was missing from Resolu- <br />tion No. 1966 and that he would be serving <br />as that representative .during 1986. <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley presented the <br />1986 department liaison scheiule which was <br />accepted by the Council by concensus. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Quick to set an <br />Executive Session with City Attorney <br />Meyers regarding the lawsuit against the <br />Metropolitan Airports Commission on the <br />Anoka County Blaine Airport for 6:30 P.M. <br />on January 13, 1986. <br />5 ayes 0 naves <br />DATE APPROVED: 1/22/86 <br />Annual Meeting <br />January 06, 1986 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
