PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 6:01 PM on Monday, May 12, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Quick, <br />Haake, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Administrator <br />Pauley and Public Works /Community Development Director <br />Thatcher. <br />motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to approve the April <br />3, 1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to approve the May 5, <br />1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Police Chief Ramacher introduced the three police <br />officers who were recently promoted, Lieutenant <br />Dave Brick, Sergeant Reed Krogh and Sergeant Jerry <br />Johnson.
