Roll Call <br />Hankner, Haake, Blanchard. <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Clerk Administrator Pauley, Public Works <br />/Community Development Director Thatcher, <br />Finance Director Don Brager <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Hankner to ratify <br />the contract dated August 28, 1986 <br />between the City of Mounds View and <br />Fluor Engineers, Inc. to provide technical <br />personnel. <br />Mayor Linke adjourned the meeting at <br />8:24 p.m. <br />3.
