The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Blanchard, <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Public Works /Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve the September <br />1986 minutes as presented. <br />ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Haake to approve the August 25, <br />1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Tom Snoffer, of JLN Development, updated the Council on <br />the status of their proposed development in Mounds View. <br />He reviewed the three major concerns the Planning <br />Commission had expressed, access onto County Road H2, <br />parking and water retention, and how they are addressing <br />them. He stated they hope to meet with the Council at <br />the September 15 agenda session to review the traffic <br />report, engineering report and get an update on the <br />tax increment financing.
