The Pledge of Allegiance was said. PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Blanchard, Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ Administrator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development Director Thatcher. Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve the September 1986 minutes as presented. ayes 0 nays Motion /Second: Quick /Haake to approve the August 25, 1986 minutes as presented. 5 ayes 0 nays Tom Snoffer, of JLN Development, updated the Council on the status of their proposed development in Mounds View. He reviewed the three major concerns the Planning Commission had expressed, access onto County Road H2, parking and water retention, and how they are addressing them. He stated they hope to meet with the Council at the September 15 agenda session to review the traffic report, engineering report and get an update on the tax increment financing. He added they will also be meeting with the Planning Commission on September 17, when the Planning Commission is holding an informational hearing on the development. -:.:''jerk /Administrator Pauley requested the revenue sharing budget public hearing be cancelled as the program has not been renewed by Congress.
