The Mounds View City Council was called 1. Call to order <br />to order by Mayor Linke at 6:30 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Quick, 2. Roll Call <br />Hankner, Haake, Blanchard. <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Attorney Richard Meyers, Associate <br />City Attorney Eric Valen, Clerk <br />Administrator Don Pauley <br />City Attorney Meyers reviewed the various <br />events and meetings that occurred on <br />September 15, 1986 regarding the Williams <br />Pipeline lawsuits, actions by Ramsey County <br />to enter into a stipulation authorizing the <br />testing of the line, and meetings of the <br />parties' counsels to determine if a stipula- <br />tion could be reached between the City and <br />Williams to allow the testing.
