The Mounds View City Council was called to order. by 1. Call to <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Blanchard, <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Administrator <br />Pauley and Public Works /Community Development Director <br />Thatcher. <br />ration /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the September <br />1986 minutes as presented. <br />ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to approve the <br />September 15, 1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Mayor Linke read Resolution No. 2072, a resolution <br />of commendation and appreciation to Bruce Anderson, <br />and presented him with a brass plaque of the <br />resolution, and a jacket with the Mounds View <br />insignia.
