The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:03 PM on Monday, October <br />27, 19"6. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Quick, <br />Hankner, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to approve the <br />October 13, 1986 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Quick Hankner to approve the October <br />20, 1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the first public hearing at 7:05 PM_ <br />Phil Carlson, representing JLN Development, stated <br />they have assisted Staff in preparing the EAW scoping <br />document, and he reviewed what the EAW is, and the <br />necessity for it, and the procedure that was followed. <br />He stated it is addressing four major issues, storm <br />water run -off, erosion, air and noise pollution, and <br />traffic. <br />DATE APPROVED; 11/10/86 <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 27, 1986 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
