Mounds View City Council November 24, 1986 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution No. <br />2127, commending Jack Chambers for the work he did in <br />the Shappel murder case. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2127, a resolution of commendation and appreciation <br />to Jack Chambers. <br />5 ayes <br />Mayor Linke presented the resolution to Mr. Chambers, <br />with the Council's thanks. <br />Director Thatcher reported the Planning Commission <br />has recommended approval of the revised plan from <br />Super America. <br />Roman Mueller, representing Super America, presented <br />the revised site plan, noting they had made the <br />changes requested by the Council and Planning <br />Commission. He showed the site lines and stated <br />there would be no view of the store from the residen- <br />tial area. He also showed the planned signage, which <br />has not been changed over the original plan, and he <br />reported the berming has been changed back to the <br />original plan. He also indicated that with the <br />change in location of the loading dock, they do not <br />anticipate any problems at all with truck traffic <br />or headlights shining out onto Mounds View Drive. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2125, regarding the Super.
