CONSENT AGENDA JANUARY 12, 1987 The Consent Agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, an item can be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed upon the Regular Agenda for debate. ITEM A. Appoint Martin (Jay) Anderson to the Parks and Recreation Commission for a Two Year Term Commencing January 1, 1987 ITEM B. Appoint Don Peters to the Planning Commission for a Two Year Term Commencing January 1, 1987 ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 2150 Approving the Appointment of Carol Sue Rasmussen as a Permanent Full -Time Employee ITEM D. Authorize the City Engineer to Approve the Final Feasibility Report for the Reconstruction of County Road I from I35W to T. H. 10 ITEM E. Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Maintenance of Judicial Ditch #i1, Branch 5 and Set a Bid Date of January 16, 1987, 10:00 a.m. ITEM F.
