The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />Motion/Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve the March <br />9, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Brownies from the Mounds View Service Unit of the Girl <br />Scouts presented certificates of appreciation to the <br />Mayor, Clerk /Administrator, Police Department and <br />Forester. <br />Mayor Linke thanked them on behalf of the Council. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the <br />first public hearing at 7:05 PM. <br />John Ostlund, representing the school district, stated <br />they were asking for the continuation of the special <br />use permit for Pinewood, for construction of the four <br />additional classrooms. He stated that with approval, <br />they hope to have them completed before school starts <br />in the fall. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. Call to <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 1987. Order <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Wuori, <br />Quick and Mayor Linke. <br />It was noted Councilmember Hankner was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, and Clerk /Administrator <br />Pauley. <br />Regular Meeting <br />March 23, 1987 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the request of <br />the school district to construct four additional <br />classrooms onto Pinewood School.
