Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the recommendation 10. <br />of Staff to replace the storm sewer pipes connected <br />with the Red Oak Park development, with oversize pipes. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve the proposal <br />of G. L. Contracting, Inc. to install oversized storm <br />sewer pipe in the Red Oak Park development at a cost <br />not exceeding $17,814.60, to be charged to the Storm <br />Water Management Fund. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Linke to have the second read- <br />ing and adoption of Ordinance No. 418, amending the <br />municipal code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 41 <br />entitled "Specific Rezonings and waive the reading. <br />Councilmember Quick aye <br />Councilmember Blanchard aye <br />Mayor Linke aye <br />Attorney Meyers reported there are still issues <br />being resolved in the Williams Pipeline case, and <br />he will keep the Council up to date on that. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Mayor Linke reminded everyone that Clean -Up Day <br />is scheduled for May 2, and will be for Mounds <br />View residents only, and they will have to show <br />identification when leaving items. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported Carl Norlander <br />is on vacation for two weeks, from the Community <br />Development Department, and due to the lack of <br />employees to staff that area at this time, and <br />since it is such a busy time for the issuance of <br />April 13, 1987 <br />Page Five <br />Consideration <br />of Staff Memo <br />Regarding <br />Oversize Pipes <br />for Red Oak <br />Park Dvlpt. <br />Motion Carried <br />11. Second Reading <br />and Adoption <br />of Ordinance <br />No. 418 <br />Motion Carried <br />Attorney Meyers reported the Highway 10 Radiator 12. Report of <br />Repair Shop may be requesting a rezoning of the Attorney <br />property in conformance with the Comp Plan. He <br />stated he would keep them advised as he learns more. <br />13.
