CONSENT AGENDA <br />JULY 27, 1987 <br />The Consent Agenda is a technique designed to expedite <br />handling of routine and miscellaneous official business of <br />the City Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the <br />Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non <br />debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request <br />of any individual Councilmember, an item can be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda and placed upon the Regular Agenda for <br />debate. <br />ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 2218 Amending Resolution <br />No. 1900 Establishing Penalties for <br />Administrative Offenses <br />ITEM B. Approve Installation of Lighting at Groveland <br />Park Tennis Courts Pursuant to Staff Memorandum <br />Dated April 20, 1987 at a Cost Not to Exceed <br />$14,000 with City Share to be Funded from Park <br />Dedication Fund <br />ITEM C. Approve 1987 Salary Structure <br />ITEM D. Authorize Notices to Persons Having Delinquent <br />Utility Accounts and Set Public Hearing for <br />7:05 p.m., September 14, 1987 to Consider <br />Certification of. Delinquent Utility Accounts <br />for Collection with 1988 Property Taxes <br />ITEM E. Adopt Resolution No. 2219 Approving Just and <br />Correct Claims Against City Funds <br />
