Mounds View City Council October 12, 1987 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />4111 Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained that with the 45 day <br />extension, the deadline is sometime into November, and <br />he could provide the exact date once he had checked the <br />file tomorrow. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the items on the <br />proposed consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to approve the consent <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />6. Approval <br />of Consent <br />Agenda <br />Motion Carried <br />City Planner Herman reported the Planning Commission 7. Consideration <br />had passed Resolution No. 206 -87 at their October 7 of Staff Memo <br />meeting, recommending apprrval of the request by and Resolution <br />Kraus Anderson for a ror.way connection between Super Regarding <br />America and Silver View Plaza. Amendment to <br />Super America <br />Thor Wistrom, of Kraus Anderson, stated they have and Silver View <br />proposed this connection to make the traffic flow Plaza Dvlpt. <br />better between the two properties, and they feel this Agreements <br />should eliminate some traffic on Mounds View Drive. <br />INF <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 2253, approving the amendment to the Super <br />America and Silver View Plaza development agreements, <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported there are three 8. He stated one patch would Regarding <br />be paid for by a resident, to repair a street cut Street <br />made at the time their home was built, and the other Patching <br />two would be paid for by the general fund and sewer <br />account, and he recommended the bid be awarded to <br />Lino Lakes Blacktop, in the amount of $1,675.00. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Quick to accept the low bid of <br />Lino Lakes Blacktop, in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,675.00, to be paid by the resident in question <br />and the general fund and sewer account. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />
