Please read this statement and add to the minutes. <br />Although I am not able to be in attendance I want it <br />noted in the minutes that I would vote "no" on the <br />Greenfield Estates project. After much study and review of <br />by Barr Engineering I have been presented with information <br />or evidence that indicates that the proposal is not in <br />compliance with the citiy's Wetland Ordinance. The boundary <br />of the wetland is not accurate on the developer's plat. <br />Of great importance too --me and concern to me is the fact that <br />the Army Corp of Engineers permit has been rescinded. <br />Given these concerns and other questions raised by Barr I <br />don't think that the council can possibly approve this <br />proposal. I urge other membe,s of this council to vote "no <br />Ad wo <br />
