Call to order <br />to order by Mayor Linke at 7:02 p.m. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />Motion /Sec-:,nd: Linke /Hankner to adopt <br />Resolution No. 2285 designating the New <br />Brighton Bulletin as the City's Official <br />Newspaper, Phyllis Blanchard as the Act_ng <br />Mayor, and the First State Bank of New <br />Brighton as the City's primary despository. <br />ii.1ycr Linke moved to reappoint Peg <br />Mountin, Robyn Zollner, and Jean Miller <br />to the Planning Commission through 1990. <br />Lowell Uber to the Civil Service Commission <br />through 1990 and Wayne Burmeister and John <br />Daniels, Jr. to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission through 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Hankner. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />3.
