PROCEEDINGS OF THE <br />ANNUAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1988 <br />The annual Human Rights Commission meeting was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 7 :00 p.m. on February 1, 1988. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Wuori, Hankner, Quick and <br />Blanchard. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk- Administrator Pauley. <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley reported that no human rights com- <br />plaints had been filed with the City of Mounds View during <br />calendar year 1987.
