PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to <br />Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 9, 1988. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Wuori, <br />Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and City Planner Herman. <br />Motion /Second: Wuori /Quick to approve the April 25, <br />1988 meeting minutes as presented. <br />ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Hankner abstained from the vote as she <br />had not been present at that meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the, floor. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the items on the pro- <br />posed consent agenda, adding several contractors under <br />licenses for approval. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve the consent <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />DATE APPROVED: 5/23/88 <br />Regular Meeting <br />May 9, 1988 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />240] Hwy. ]0, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
