Mounds View City Council September 12, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Nine <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Wuori to adopt Resolution No. <br />2377, approving an amendment to Development Agreement <br />No. 87 -81 with Mounds View Business Park, and waive <br />the reading. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Hankner asked if a sign had been placed <br />along County Road H2, to keep the residents informed <br />as to what is going on. <br />Mr. Nelson replied there had been one, but it may have <br />been removed due to preliminary grading. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley requested that the developer <br />be assigned the responsibility of seeing that the sign <br />was taken care of. Mr. Nelson agreed to do so. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution <br />No. 2370. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to adopt Resolution <br />No. 2370, in appreciation to Don Peters for service on <br />the Planning Commission. <br />5 ayes <br />Motion /Second, Linke /Quick to approve the appointment <br />of Judith Dean, 2633 Clearview Avenue, to the Planning <br />Commission for the term expiring December 31, 1988. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Karney had no report. <br />Clerk /Administrator stated he would also provide the <br />Council with the power outage number for NSP. <br />Councilmember Hankner suggested that the house at <br />Hillview and Woodlawn Drive, which has been abandoned <br />for some time, be looked at for rehabilitation. <br />23. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Hankner reported she had received a 26. Reports of <br />call from Mr. Lenze, who lives on the north end of Councilmembers: <br />the City, who has had frequent power outages. She Councilmember <br />asked Staff to find out why these outages were Hankner <br />occurring. <br />
