Mounds View City Council October 24, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Nine <br />r h <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley suggested having Staff indicate <br />Council's desire for the Library Board to pursue <br />negotiations on the gas station site, and if that is not <br />successful, the Council would then have options they <br />could propose at that time. It was agreed by the Council <br />to take that approach. <br />Attorney Karney had no report. 15. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked the status of the light <br />on Woodlawn Drive. <br />76. Reports of <br />Councilmembers: <br />Councilmember <br />Wuori <br />Councilmember <br />Quick <br />Councilmember <br />Blanchard <br />Councilmember Hanknerā¢ asked how many people had Councilmember <br />been stopped going through the stop sign at Groveland Hankner <br />and Arden Avenue. Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied <br />he did not know and would ask the Police Chief for <br />statistics. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied it had been ordered <br />and confirmed. Public Works Director Minetor added <br />he had checked on it about a month ago and it was on <br />the list to be installed. <br />Councilmember Hankner inquired on the policy of <br />sidewalk clearing for snow. <br />Public Works Director Minetor replied he is working <br />on a complete snow policy, and sidewalks will be a <br />part of it. He added he would try to get the sidewalk <br />portion to the Council as quickly as possible. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked for an update of the speed <br />limit by Pinewood School. <br />Public Works Director Minetor replied he had received <br />information from the State and would be presenting it <br />to the Council at a future agenda session. <br />Mayor Linke had no report.
