Resolution 5928 Authorizing an Arrangement for Temporary Coverage of
Police Administrative Needs
Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated this issue was discussed at the last meeting and
Staff has looked into this further, discussing it with the City's Labor Relation's Representative,
the City Attorney, and AFSCME and all indicate that this appears to be a reasonable course of
action on a temporary basis until the new Chief has an opportunity to make a better determination
of the staffing needs.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney.
