Consideration of Pleasantview Drive Assessment. <br />Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director, explained that this item was tabled at the June 24, 1996 because there <br />were some questions in regard to the assessment. He attempted to clarify some of the questions that were <br />brought up at the June 24th meeting, in regard to the interest ,the reasons for the delays in the assessment <br />of the project, and how many people were involved in the plans and specifications for the project. <br />Ms. Trude stated she felt the main question was why there was just a one year interest assessment rather <br />than over the life of the five year assessment. <br />• <br />
