• <br />a <br />Page 1 <br />June 10, 1996 <br />Mounds View City Council <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />• <br />Regular Meeting <br />June 10, 1996 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. on June 10, 1996. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Council members Trade, <br />Blanchard, Quick and Hankner <br />ALSO PRESENT: Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br />Joyce Pruitt, Planning Associate <br />Michael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: <br />Mr. Whiting, City Administrator, asked that one item be added to the Agenda, 11 (G) Authorizing the City <br />Administrator to offer the Community Development Director position to Pamela Sheldon. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />a. May 28, 1996 Regular City Council Meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Trade to approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting on May <br />28, 1986, as presented. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />ACCEPTANCE OF ADVISORY COMMISSION MINUTES: <br />Economic Development Commission Minutes - Apri125. 1996 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Blanchard to accept the Economic Development Commission Minutes of <br />Apri125, 1996, as presented. <br />
