Councilmember Trude requested that Items C., D., and E. be removed from the Consent Agenda for further explanation. MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Trude to Adopt the Consent Agenda Minus Items C., D., and E. VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Mayor Linke read Item C. and Councilmember Trude explained that any residents interested in the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code would be able to pick up a copy at City Hall. The changes in the Cade would be in the area of local enforcement rather than the present system of going through Ramsey County. Any comments or concerns should be voiced at the public hearing scheduled for February 27, 1995. Mayor Linke read Item D. and remarked that Chapter 905 of the Municipal Code Entitled, "Parks, Playgrounds and Recreation" would be updated. He advised any interested residents to bring their concerns to the public hearing which was also scheduled for February 27, 1995. Mayor Linke read Item E., Ordinance No. 553, and Councilmember Trude explained that this item was intended to bring Mounds View current with Ramsey County in licensing tobacco vendors.
