MOTIONJSECOND: Trude/Quick to Approve Regular Council Meeting Minutes from December 19, 1994, as Amended VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays i Abstention Motion Carried ACCEPTANCE OF ADVISORY COMMISSION MINUTES: Planning Commission Minutes from December 7, 1994 MOTIONJSECOND: Quick/Trude to Approve Planning Commission Minutes from December 7, 1994 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: a. Former State Representative Geri Evans called Diane Wuori to come before the Council and presented Wuori with a House Resolution commending her for eight years of community service. Ms. Evans read the Resolution, noting Wuori's past involvement in the City Council, Parks and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission, as well as her present status on the Board of Directors for the Mounds View Community Theater and a member of the Mounds View Garden Club. The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration of the House of Representatives of the State of Minnesota recognized Diane Wuori for her dedication to community involvement. b. Mayor Linke presented Former State Representative Geri Evans with a plaque as a symbol of appreciation for her unwavering support for the City of Mounds View. The plaque stated that when the City needed help, Geri Evans was there to act on its behalf. Construction of the new golf course was completed on time due to her presence at several meetings with the MWCC.
