Staff Report No. 95-1411C <br />37 <br />38 Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br />39 <br />40 Samantha Orduno, City Administrator explained the purpose of the <br />41 Long Term Financial Plan describing it as framework providing a <br />42 reasonable estimate of operational and capital costs for the next <br />43 five years. <br />44 <br />45 Don Brager, Finance Director summarized the revenues, expenditures <br />46 and predictions contained in the Long Term Financial Plan for the <br />47 next five years. <br />~~ <br />U <br />
