RPPROVED <br />Page 1 <br />November 13, 1995 <br />Mounds View City Council <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />November 13, 1995 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linee at 7:00 p.m. on November 13, <br />1995. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Mayor Linee, Council members Trude, Blanchard and Quick <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, Paul <br />Harrington, Community Development Coordinator <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: <br />Ms. Orduno stated she had two Resolutions to be added to the agenda; Resolution 4845 Establishing <br />Compensation for the Interim City Administrator, and Resolution 4846, Authorizing Purchase of a <br />Network File Server and Software Upgrades. <br />Mayor Linee stated be had one item he would add at the end of the meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Council member Trude noted a change to the October 23, 1995 minutes; Page 10, Lines 27 & 28, <br />should be changed. The second sentence should be changed to say "She stated that letters were signed <br />by about twenty people in favor of the bridge". The following sentence should be inserted "These <br />letters only resulted in one phone call against the bridge." Also page 12, Line 14, roadway should be <br />changed to "highway". The following sentence should state "as far as designing the structure". <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Approve the Regular Council Meeting Minutes from October <br />23, 1995 AS AMENDED. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF ADVISORY COMMISSION MINUTES: <br />
