APPROVED <br />s <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 11, <br />1995 <br />Mounds View City <br />Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />• <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. on September 11, <br />1995. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Trude, Blanchard, Hankner <br />and Quick <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, Paul Harrington, <br />Community Development Coordinator, Michael <br />Ulrich, Director of Public Works; Cathy Bennett, <br />Economic Development Coordinator, and Don Brager, <br />Finance Director <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA: <br />Mr. Harrington requested that an item be added (11)(E) Consideration of Resolution 4813, which is an <br />amendment to the Abatement Order. <br />Council member Hankner asked that another item be added (11)(F) to_consider a motion to direct staff <br />to look into setting up the Cable Committee in much the same order as the other committees are set up. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Councilmember Trude noted corrections to the Regular Council Meeting Minutes from <br />the August 21, 1995. The following corrections should be made: Page 6, Line 19, "worst" should be <br />changed to "worse"; and page 11, line 36 should read "at 96 % accuracy" rather than "a 96 9b <br />accuracy"• <br />MOTION/SECOND: TrudeBlanchard to approve the Regular Council Meeting Minutes from August <br />21, 1995 AS AMENDED. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
