A development eepAr-ae whiel3 agreement that sets forth all of the terms, conditions, <br /> requirements, agreements, guarantees and plans for the orderly development of said land <br /> shall be entered into between the developer and the CiV before the <br /> final approval of any subdivision, or project that qualifies for a Development Review, as <br /> determined by subdivision 2 of this Section. This requirement may be waived by the City <br /> Council in the event no public improvements are planned or proposed. <br /> b. Before emeetAien of the development eentfac4, the owner- or- deNek)per- shall. submit <br /> assessmepAs due on the r r r <br /> E. b. Said development senlfae agreement shall include provisions for supervision of details <br /> of construction by the City and grant to the City authority to inspect all work performed <br /> pursuant to said contract to assure satisfactory performance and completion of the work. <br /> 1006.07: VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS: Any person violating the provisions of this <br /> Chapter or any owner or developer who fails to ^em's meet the terms or conditions of a <br /> development eentr-a agreement or resolution shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> SECTION 7. The Mounds View City Council hereby amends Title 1000, Chapter 1007 <br /> of the Mounds View City Code about Building Relocation by deleting the sen <br /> language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br /> 1 See Chapter 1302 of this Code for flood control regulations. <br /> 14 <br />
