1002.11: PENALTIES: Subd. 1. Any person(s), finn or corporation that violates any provisions of this Chapter and/or the Minnesota State Building Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Subd. 2. Each day any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense unless otherwise specifically provided. SECTION 4.
