PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting. <br />August 9, 1993 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City,Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. <br />on Monday, August 9, 1993. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />OLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT:, Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Wuori, Blanchard, <br />and Quick. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator; <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner; Tim <br />Cruikshank, Assistant to the City <br />Administrator <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />Mayor Linke introduced Resolution No. 4395 Commending the Festival Committee <br />and Community Participants in the 1993 !'Festival In The Park" Celebration <br />and asked Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, to read the resolution. The <br />resolution was read. <br />Mayor Linke and Councilmember Wuori commented that after not having a <br />Festival In Two Years, an excellent job was done on this event., <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />MOTIONjSECOND: Quick/Wuori to approve minutes of July 26, 1993, <br />Council Meeting as presented. <br />
