.Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Page Five <br />January 11, 1993 <br />Mayor Linke stated that if Saturn had to comply to these conditions it <br />should be the same for any other car dealership in the City. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to table Resolution No. 4335 in order <br />that changes could be decided and give Mr. Weldon an opportunity <br />to meet with staff to devise a site plan <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke requested that Councilmembers look at the additional <br />listed conditions and pass any changes on to staff as soon as <br />possible. <br />b. Mayor Linke opened the public hearing to consider the 1993 <br />Utility Budgets at 7:29 p.m. <br />Don Brager, Finance Director-Treasurer, reviewed the proposed <br />1993 Utility Budgets. The proposed increased water rate would <br />be $1.10 per 1,000 gallons and the proposed increased sewer <br />rate would be $43.00 per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent <br />Connection). <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt Resolution No. 4331 <br />Adopting the 1993 Water and Sewer Utility Budgets <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Rickaby to adopt Resolution No. 4332 <br />Setting Water Rates Effective January 1, 1993 <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Quick to adopt Resolution No. 4333 <br />Setting Sewer Rates Effective January 1, 1993 <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, read the Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council desired removed from <br />the Consent Agenda. The Council removed no items. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt the Consent Agenda as <br />. presented. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
