RESOLUTION 7740 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Approving a Bowling and Restaurant License Transfer from MoundsVista, Inc., <br /> (doing business as The Mermaid) to Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing <br /> business as The Mermaid), located at 2200 Highway 10 <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., has a management <br /> agreement with MoundsVista, Inc. to manage The Mermaid facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, MoundsVista, Inc. wishes to transfer their Bowling and Restaurant <br /> Business Licenses to the Mermaid Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing business as The <br /> Mermaid); and <br /> WHEREAS, all application materials and fees have been submitted to the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from February 15, 2011 to June 30, <br /> 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br /> City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve a Bowling and restaurant Business License transfer to the Mermaid <br /> Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing business as The Mermaid), located at 2200 Highway 10. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of February, 2011. <br /> e F ert M r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
