RESOLUTION NO. 7741 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE <br /> BLAINE LIONS CLUB TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT <br /> ROBERT'S SPORTS BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT IN MOUNDS VIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Blaine Lions Club has requested that the City Council allow them to <br /> conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government <br /> pass a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct charitable <br /> gambling; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Blaine Lions Club are in compliance with all requirements of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby authorize the Blaine Lions Club to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Sports <br /> Bar and Entertainment. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of February, 2011. <br /> Flahe <br /> ATTEST: <br /> a/T &e C Q O/L� <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
