RESOLUTION 7751 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM BETHLEHEM BAPTIST CHURCH <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,230 AND AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, Since its establishment in Mounds View in 2004, Bethlehem Baptist <br /> Church has generously supported activities that have benefited the residents of Mounds <br /> View; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bethlehem Baptist Church would like to continue that support by <br /> making a contribution to the City of Mounds View of $17,230 to support the following <br /> programs and activities: <br /> Club Mid $6,000.00 <br /> Music in the Park $2,000.00 <br /> Festival in the Park $1,000.00 <br /> Y- Partners $1,000.00 <br /> Edgewood Summer SAIL program $1,000.00 <br /> Disc Golf Asphalt Tees $2,000.00 <br /> Batting Cage L- Screen 858.50 <br /> Mobile Dental Clinic 500.00 <br /> EDA Activities $2,871.50 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br /> gratefully acknowledges and accepts the donation of $17,230 from Bethlehem Baptist <br /> Church, authorizes the distribution of the funds as directed herein, and approves the <br /> amendment of the 2011 Budget accordingly. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of March, 2011 <br /> C <br /> e FI <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
