RESOLUTION NO. 7754 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A Resolution Approving the Hire of Agnes Quasabart <br /> to the Position of Accountant in the Finance Department <br /> WHEREAS, upon direction from the Mounds View City Council, the Accountant <br /> position was advertised; and <br /> WHEREAS, over eighty (80) applications were received for the position and six (6) <br /> were chosen for interview; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Agnes Quasabart's skills and experience were determined to most <br /> closely match the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Accountant job description; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Quasabart's criminal background, credit check, and reference <br /> checks are complete and satisfactory. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> appoints Ms. Agnes Quasabart to the position of Accountant with employment to <br /> commence on March 29, 2011. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Council approves the salary scale for the <br /> Accountant as indicated herein, with a starting salary for Ms. Quasabart at Step 1 of the <br /> City's pay plan at $24.84 /hour, with an increase to Step 1.5 of the salary range (currently <br /> $25.62 /hour) after six months of employment, Step 2 after one year of employment, Step 3 <br /> after two years of employment, Step 4 after 3 years of employment, and Step 5 after 4 <br /> years of employment, subject to City Council authorization. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of March, 2011. <br /> o� <br /> Joe Flahe A�ayor <br /> ATTEST: Ja,�,�L�� <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
