62 <br />The matter of arranging a meeting between Mounds View Village and Spring Lake Park <br />Village was again.brought to the attention of the Council. The Mayor stated he would <br />contact Mr. Conde, Clerk of Spring Lake Park, to set up a meeting as soon as possible <br />between the two village councils. <br />Motion by Gibson, seconded by Stith to purchase the Stenorette tape recorder with <br />necessary attachments. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Trustee Christensen and Mayor Gibson to investigate and recommend whidh village <br />roads require patching. Said recommendation to be received at the April 20th council <br />meeting. <br />The police report for March, 1959 was read by Trustee Achterkirch. <br />The matter of a title guarantee search was brought to the attention of the Council <br />by Attorney Meyers. Attorney Meyers will check with the Arden Hills Village attorney <br />to determine if they would concur with an Attorney General's opinion regarding the sale <br />of the Village Hall and inform the Arden Hills Village Council that Mounds View Village <br />will not pay more than 50% of the fee for the title guarantee search. <br />Attorney Meyers to draw up a Resolution amending original resolution regarding <br />conduct of Village Council meetings to include a regular meeting on the third Monday <br />of the month. <br />Attorney Meyers to check Ordinance #62, regarding the moving of buildings into the <br />Village with the Building Code and Ordinance #48. <br />The no burning order was rescinded and all burning confined to the present ordinance. <br />The matter of rezoning the Ray Skiba property was brought to the attention of the <br />Council. The Mayor will inform Paul Rybak that the council can take no action on the <br />rezoning of the Ray Skiba property until a formal application is submitted. <br />Motion by Gibson, seconded by Achterkirch to approve the following licenses: <br />Garbage Collector's Licenses for J and W Pick-up Service, <br />Robert Nixon, Philip Perron and Twin City Disposal Service. <br />Contracting Licenses: 110, United Roofing and Const. Co. <br />112, United Builders, Inc.; 113, D. W. Harstad Co., Inc.; 114, <br />carried unanimously. <br />Boyer Garbage Service, <br />; 111, Swanson and Schiager; <br />Ace Heating Co. Motion <br />The Council then proceeded to the auditing of accounts, bills and demands against <br />the Village.
