Voters desiring <br />to vote against the above proposition place a cross mark (X) <br />in the square Opposite the word "NO". <br />(On the back of said ballots ahall be printed the following material: <br />The words "Official Ballot", the facAmile or printed signature of the <br />Village Clerk and lines for the initials of two election judges.) <br />
