10420/59 119 <br />Motion by Malvin, seconded by Smith to have the above resolution <br />placed on the ballot on December 8 to be voted on. Hodges, Smith, <br />Malvin, Gibson, aye; Christensen, aye, if the paragraph so stated on <br />the ballot will be changed within legal possibilities to the extent that <br />no one can possibly construe the statement to mean they will get water <br />in their house if said bonds are issued. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Attorney Meyers presented to the Council a check in the amount of <br />$4,475 .00 received from Allen and Courtney, Attorneys at Law, for final <br />payment on the sale of the Village Hall to the Village of Arden Hills. <br />Motion by Gibson, seconded by Christensen that the Village <br />Attorney be instructed to proceed with the appeal to a sovereign <br />judge in White Bear on the case pending that was appealed from our <br />Justice Court.
