The subject of the Cumrnunity Builders getting a permit to
<br />finish the job on the home of Mr. and Mrs. Benesh was again
<br />discussed and the attorney was still investigating the circumstances
<br />surrounding this permit.
<br />The subject of issuance of permits tc the Northeast Construc-
<br />tion (Donald Babinski) was again discussed. The Inspectors stated
<br />that Mr. Donald Babinski was to comply with several requirements
<br />decided on at the Justice Court and that these requirements would
<br />be given the Clerk so that a letter could be forwarddd to Mr.
<br />Babinski for compliance.

<br />seconded by Smith that the attorney be authorized to proceed with
<br />condemnation proceedings a #ainst John and Emma O'connel, Irene and
<br />Mable O'Connel, 'alma M. Thompson, Herman and Minnie Schurer,
<br />Anthony and Gladys `iolschuh, and Edward and Audrey Babinski for
<br />Highway and utility improvements of legal discriptions which will
<br />be contained in the resolutions which will be on fine in the Clerk's
<br />Resolu'-_on Book. 5 ayes, motion carried.
<br />It was stated by attorney Meyers that in accordance with
<br />the actin on Mr. Donald Babinski, Mr. Babinski has agreed to be
<br />co;perative with everythin required by the village. and that a
<br />covenant is to be drawn up and filed with the deed for each of
<br />these buildings stating that the buildings will be used for double
<br />bungelows only. A set of plans was required for the double bungalows
<br />on Sunnyside Road.
