EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, <br />was held at the Red Oak School in said Village on Monday <br />September 26, 1960, at 6:000'clock P.M., with the following members <br />present: <br />Crane, Smith, Malvin, Hodges and Christensen <br />and the following members absent: <br />None <br />**** **** <br />The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the <br />official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to <br />Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Water Works <br />Improvement No. 1960 - 3. Said affidavits were examined, approved <br />and ordered filed.
