PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />LI <br />The regular meeting of the village council was called to order <br />by Mayor Crane at 8:00 P.ML Monday, September 26, 1960, at the Red <br />Oak School located at Sherwood Road and Red Oak Drive. <br />Members present: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Attorney: <br />Engineer: <br />Allan B. Hodges <br />Perry Malvin <br />Richard Meyers <br />C.V1 Comstock <br />Lester Knutson <br />Mayor Crane opened the meeting calling for bids on Waterworks <br />Improvement Project 1960 -3. Christensen then moved and Malvin seconded to approve <br />the minutes as read. 5 ayes, motion carried. <br />The proposed budget for the year 1961 was read by the Clerk, <br />which is placed on file in the clerk's office. Mayor Crane raised <br />the question of whether or not new office equipment which may be <br />required for posting of water bills, etc., should be included under <br />the "Water Fund" in the budget. The council decided to place this <br />item under the "General Fund" until such time as office machines are <br />required for posting of water bills and other such work. <br />• <br />
