The letter was <br />referred to the Attorney and Engineer for study. <br />Clerk Smith also read a letter from the School Board <br />7oquesting that the council forward a letter to the Recreation <br />.-artment naming the Mounds View village representative to the <br />pool Recreation Board for the year of 1960 and 1961. Trustee <br />..edges stated that this had been referred to the Park and Play- - <br />--round Committee for recommendation at its next meeting. <br />Clerk Smith read a request by Roy Schmidt for a permit to <br />ark his trailer at 1945 Highway 10. Motion by Crane, seconded <br />y Smith to deny this request. The council recommended this to the Police Coo- <br />- Lesion for action. <br />Mr. Jack Bell'bro ught up the subject of court space for the <br />,'ustices of Peace at New Brighton Village Hall. It was the concensi'- <br />of opinion by the council that this problem should be shared wit <br />Spring Lake Park. <br />Clerk Smith bnught up the subject of a call from the County <br />1,,.uditor's office that he received this date concerning land <br />deeded to the village by Mr. Babinski in the Twelve Oaks Second <br />Addition Low 5, Block 9, for which the taxes for the year of 19f <br />has not been 13aid.
