'inutes of the meeting of October 24, 1960. (page 6) <br />t,.>u1_u <br />Attorney Meyers also stated that the deed for the land <br />located at Hillview and Long Lake Road which was supposedly <br />filed had never been filed and that he will conduct a search <br />for the deed. <br />Flmnancial statements were presented by Clerk Smith and Mrs. <br />dberg. Smith stated that he would submit a financial statement <br />showing the funds contained on the financial statement. <br />The village Engineer stated to the council that his office <br />would like to have information and plans concerning outdoor pipinL <br />especially at the location of the well house. Christensen stated <br />that Mr. Arthur McClure has the plans and he will turn them over <br />to the Engineer as soon as they are completed. Motion by Crane, <br />seconded by Malvin that the Engineer contact Arthur McClure to <br />obtain the plans, etc, in order to Continue construction on the <br />well house. 5 ayes, motion carried. <br />Motion by Crane, seconded by Malvin to approve the fillowin ; <br />licenses checked by the inspectors:, 5 ayes, motion carried. (see <br />list attached). <br />Motion by Crane, seconded by Christensen to approve the <br />Bellowing bills (see list attached), 5 ayes motion carried. <br />Mayor Crane announced that the next informal agenda meeting <br />would be Uednesday, November 9th, 1960. <br />Motion by Malvin, seconded by Hodges to adjourn the meeting <br />at 11:18 p. m., 5 ayes, motion carried. <br />f�;1 submitted, <br />EARL .
