G ;6. <br />The Council then instructed the attorney to prepare the <br />necessary notice to be published in the legal newspaper ancern- <br />ing the hearing on the above property. <br />0 <br />The Planning Commission report was read the Mrx.Stole, com- <br />mission chairman. Mr. Stole stated that Mr, Melberg was present <br />to request rezoning on the property at Long Lake Road and High- <br />way 10, <br />At this point Mr. Gustafson and Mr. Larson requested that <br />a hearing be called for the rezoning of the aforementioned property. <br />Mr. Stole also stated that the Planning Commission recommends <br />issuance of a special permit for the use of the land for a <br />filling station at Long Lake Road and Highway lo. Motion by <br />Crane seconded by Malvin to publish notice of hearing for special <br />Use Permit for a filling station at Long Lake Road and Highway <br />10. Hearing to be December 12, 1960 at 8 :00 p. m. 4 ayes, motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Stole also stated that Mr. Dahlgren would forward a <br />proposal to the Clerk's office concerning the proposed Highway <br />Plans for Highway 10 (the new highway cutting off from present <br />Highway 8) . <br />Mr. Stole also stated. that Mr. Dahlgren, Village Planner, <br />has submitted a plan of proposed village streets to the Village <br />Engineer, who will prepare it in its correct form. As far as <br />Mr. Dahlgren is concerned the plan is ready f r approval. <br />Maps of propooed streets will be presented by the Engineer at <br />the next meeting. <br />(3 —A) <br />
