'lotion carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send a copy of the aforementioned <br />map to the legal newspaper and to have the map and notice published. <br />fir. iialvin gave a report on tltpurchase of cleaning equipment <br />for the Village office. <br />000014 <br />Mayor Crane read a report of the Building and Zoning Sub - <br />Commitee meeting of January 17, 1961. <br />Notion by Crane that the sub- standard house at 7856 Long Lake Rd. <br />no longer he used as a residence but that it could be rebuilt for use <br />as an accessory building or garage. Seconded by ilalvin. 5 Ayes for <br />approval. liotion carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send a letter on official stationery <br />to the owner of the building notifying then of the Council action and <br />requesting notification of the owners intent of property at 7856 Long <br />Lake Road. <br />The Clerk read a report of themeeting held on January 16, 1961, <br />regarding the hiring of a Deputy Clerk. lotion by Blanchard that the <br />Village place an ad for one Creek in tIoNetir Brighton Bulletin, Spring <br />Lake Park Crier, St. 7:.ul Pioneer Press, and the liinneapolis Star and <br />Tribune, advertising for an Administrative Deputy Clerk. Seconded by <br />Crane. 5 Ayes for approval. liotion carried. <br />A contract proposal was read from the firm of Comstock and Davis <br />regarding Engineering Services for the Village. liotion by Crane that <br />the firm of Comstock and Davis be appointed Engineering Consultants <br />for 1961 at the figures quoted in their proposal. Seconded by Bodges, <br />5 Ayes for approval. Lotion carried. <br />A Planning Agreement between the Village of i:ounds View and <br />Iiidwest Planners eras read by the Clerk. Iiotion by Hodges to accept <br />the contract as presented and to submit it to iiidwes t Planners for <br />their approval. Seconded by iialvin, Discussion took place about <br />Village work now in thehands of the Planner regarding whether he is <br />is to be paid under this contract or the previous contract. Seconded by Lalv_n. 5 Ayes for approval. <br />liotion carried. <br />The Clerk road a Proposal fron Richard Iieyers and a Proposal <br />from the firm of -Ehlers -Bann and Associates for services to the Village <br />as Fiscal Agents. liotion by Crane that Ehlers -Bann be appointed our <br />Fiscal Agents for 1961. Seconded by Hodges. Trustee Lalvin stated <br />that he had investigated the use by other Villages of their Attorney <br />
