EXTRACT OF MINUTES CALLING FOR A <br />RESOLUTION REINSTATING ASSESSMENTS <br />At a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December 1960 at <br />8:05 o'clock p.m. in the Red Oak School within the Village of Mounds <br />View the following resolution was moved by Councilman Crane and seconded <br />by Councilman Smith: <br />A RESOLUTION REASSESSING PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, An assessment was levied on Lot 103 Spring Lake Park Knolls <br />Addition to the Village of Mounds View Except the East 100 feet thereof <br />in the amount of $556.17 on or about the Ap---day <br />1960, and <br />WHEREAS, Said assessment was paid by the property owner, namely <br />Emil T. Pearson by check and said assessment was removed from the <br />assessment roll book, and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the payment of said assessment the check <br />paying same was ordered stopped and therefore the assessment was not paid, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />That the assessment on Lot 103 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition to the <br />Village of Mounds View Except the East 100 feet thereof in the amount of <br />$556.17 be reinstated on the assessment roll, and be recertified to the <br />County Auditors office for collection. Said assessment shall be <br />reinstated according to the same terms and provisions of the original <br />assessment levy. <br />Said resolution was seconded by Councilman Smith and the following <br />vote was taken thereon: Those voting in favor: Crane, Smith, Malvin, Hodges, <br />and Christensen <br />Those voting against: None <br />Declared passed and adopted this 12th day of December 1960. <br />fe-12-e„ <br />Mayor <br />
