-4- <br />000028 <br />Continuation of February 27th, 1961 Minutes of Village Council Meeting <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Allan Crane at 7 :00 P.M. <br />at the Village office, 5499 Adams Street on March 6th, 1961. <br />Members present were: Mayor: Allan B. Crane <br />Trustees: Melford Christensen, Perry Malvin <br />and Donald Hodges <br />Administrative Deputy Clerk: Paul Boog <br />Engineer: Les Knutson <br />Attorney: Richard Meyers <br />Fiscal Agent: Robert Ehlers <br />Authority was granted to advertise for official bids on Deep Well <br />#2. The bids are to be received by the 27th day of March. Motion made <br />by Perry Malvin seconded by Donald Hodges. 4 Ayes for approval. Motion <br />carried. <br />Authority granted to order plans and specifications to be drawn <br />for the new Water Utility Building from Les Knutson, registered <br />Professional Engineer. Motion made by Donald Hodges, seconded by <br />Mel Christensen. 4 Ayes for approval. Motion carried. <br />Resolution passed to oppose the Metropolitan Sanitary Bill as <br />submitted in the Minnesota State Legislature on Thursday, March 2nd, <br />Motion by Christensen seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes for approval. <br />Motion carried to postpone meeting of the Council from March 13th <br />to March 27th, 1961. Motion by Malvin, seconded by Christensen. <br />4 Ayes for approval. <br />Motion by Malvin seconded by Christensen to recess the meeting <br />until March llth, 9 :30 A.M. at the Village Office. 4 Ayes for <br />approval. <br />
